Terms of services

Invoicing & Payment:

• ​Invoice will be issued after transferring the payment as per the issued sales order.
• Order will be shipped after receiving the payment. 
• Profilers deals only with upfront payments and does not offer Net Terms or Installments.

Refund & Exchange:

• ​Unless the order was incorrectly fulfilled by Profilers, refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
•  If the product arrives damaged, please contact Profilers staff and we will replace or refund the product as possible.

Warranty

• Profilers provide manufacturer warranty, as given by the manufacturer. Check the specific warranty for each piece of equipment under the corresponding “Warranty” page.
• The warranty covers any defects due to the malfunctioning of original materials or defective assembly. 
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Parts must be carefully packaged to avoid damage. 
• This warranty does not cover any damage due to: inappropriate use, inadequate maintenance, the lack of maintenance, the use of the device for any purpose other than that for which it is intended, improper installation, incorrect voltage, falls or normal wear and tear.
• The Warranty does not cover any damages arising from repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
