Daily Cleaning
Package Contents:
- 7 × Ubermilk Cleaning Agent 1 (Red)
- 1 × Ubermilk Cleaning Agent 2 (Blue)
- 140 × Ubermilk Filters
When
- The Ubermilk MUST be cleaned before switching off
- Clean the Ubermilk once a day before closing the bar

If you operate the machine more than 12 hours a day, clean twice a day (once after every shift).
How
- On the Ubermilk screen, go to “Settings” and then press “Cleaning”.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.

What
- Ubermilk cleaning chemicals: agent 1 (red) and agent 2 (blue).
- Filter discs (one per day).
- Two containers with a capacity of 2 - 5 liters.
Cleaning Procedure — 5 Steps
1. Preparation
- Materials required: 2 containers (min. 2 liters), Übermilk cleaner.
- There are two different cleaners: Whether to use cleaner 1 or 2 is shown in the display.
- Go to Settings". Press the Cleaning" key. Follow the instructions on the display.
- Place an empty collection container under the outlet.
2. Pre-rinse
- Remove the outlet head and dispose of the filter disc.
- A new filter disc is inserted daily at the start of operation.
- Pour clear, warm water into the cleaning container.
- Remove the milk hose from the milk container and place it in the cleaning container with water
- Carry out the first cleaning step according to the instructions in the display!
3. Main cleaning
- Empty both containers.
- Place the collection container under the outlet
- Pour 50ml Übermilk cleaner and 1.5 water into the cleaning container.
- The cleaning agent to be used (1 or 2) is shown in the display.
- Place the intake hose and all parts of the outlet head in the cleaning container.
- Start the next cleaning step! (Remaining time is shown on the display).
4. Rinse out
- Empty both containers and rinse the cleaning container very thoroughly.
- Fill the cleaning container with 2 liters of clear, warm water.
- Perform the final step to rinse the Ubermilk.
5. Final step
- Empty both containers and rinse them out.
- Clean the intake hose, the thread of the outlet and the Übermilk case with a damp cloth.
- Switch off the Ubermilk at the toggle switch.
- The device is now ready for the next day of operation.
Safety instructions
- Wash and disinfect hands before and after cleaning.
- Wear gloves & safety goggles.

- I must wear protective gloves ar protective clothing during cleaning.
